Valerie Adams, having an unprecedented winning streak of 56 competitions between 2010 and 2014. She was the IAAF world female athlete of the year 2014.She does amazing things and how hard she does I think she is a very good Shotputter.

ReplyDeleteValarie Adams is an awesome sporting hero to have. She has achieved so much in her sporting career. I found it fascinating that Valarie has won 56 consecutive competitions between 2010 & 2014. This just proves how motivated and disciplined she is. How often a week do you think she trains? What inspires you about Valerie Adams?
I would love to see you post your next activity in your own words. For example, the sentence, "Valerie has been the dominant women's shot putter in the world since 2006, only beaten twice in major world events", could be re-worded as 'Since 2006, Valarie Adam's has been the most successful shot putter, winning a number of titles at world events'.
